Department of Wound Care Clinic
The wound care clinic was created out of the need for our patients to have a place where they can get the most comprehensive, accessible, and knowledgeable care of essentially any type of wound that your physician feels is appropriate as out patient care.
The clinic was initially created as an extension of the Department of Surgery about 7 years ago but now has expanded its role and now gets referrals from all over the medical center and is run by a very qualified group of wound care nurses who are always supported by the staff surgeons.
The clinic sees about 3500 new patients every year, and has a large variety of wound care supplies available to accurately take care of nearly any type of wound that is encountered.
Clinic Hours:
Monday through Saturday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
All new appointments are by referrals made by health care providers only.
