Pediatric Oncology

Here at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Pediatric Oncology, we strive to provide the best care and services for our patients through an integrated team approach.

Our Team Includes:

  • three excellent pediatric oncologists/hematologists.
  • a skilled group of compassionate oncology nurses.
  • child life specialists.
  • social workers.
  • And, of course, the most important members of our team are our patients and their families.

Clinical Trials:

  • The Children’s Oncology Group (COG) is a national organization conducting clinical trials and developing guidelines for treatment of childhood cancers.  As a COG institution, we provide the opportunity for patients to participate in these studies.
  • Here at Kaiser, we provide advanced care for most childhood cancers.  If a specialized treatment is not available at our site, we will work with you to ensure that your child is treated with the best option possible.
