Head and neck cancer follow-up

- Physical exam
- Year 1: every 1-3 months
- Year 2: every 2-4 months
- Years 3-5: every 4-6 months
- >5 years: every 6-12 months
- chest imaging as clinically indicated
- TSH every 6-12 months if neck irradiated
- Speech/hearing and swallowing evaluation and rehabilitation as indicated
- Smoking cessation and alcohol counseling
- Dental follow-up recommended
